Beginner journey

Your first
honest week of eating.

No tracking history, no spreadsheet from your last app. We start from your real day and build a picture you actually understand by week one.

Person preparing a balanced breakfast at home

Most people don't fail at nutrition because they're lazy. They fail because the apps treat them like accountants. Calories in, calories out, three macros, done. That math doesn't answer the question people actually have, which is "am I getting what my body needs to feel okay?"

In the beginner journey, we don't ask you to track everything from day one. We ask you to log three meals for one week. By Friday, you'll see which nutrients you're consistently short on, and the coach will suggest one or two specific food swaps for the next week.

No 28-day cleanses. No supplements pushed. No villain ingredient. We treat your real life like the starting point, not the problem.

What the app does for you

  • Three meals, one week, real data.

The smallest commitment that produces a useful picture.

  • Plain-language nutrient summary.

"You're short on iron and B12." Not "your micronutrient bioavailability is suboptimal."

  • Two swaps a week, not a meal plan.

The coach suggests one or two specific food changes that fit what you already eat.

  • Free forever for this journey.

You don't need premium to get the beginner picture.
